#brunchsohard: Holman Draft Hall

Today is Friday which only means tomorrow is brunch day! Anyone else thinking brunch and rose this weekend? A couple of weeks ago we met our friends for Sunday brunch at a new spot in Houston called Holman Draft Hall. It’s such a cool spot! We arrived pretty early, probably some of the first people there–hey, you never know with brunching, sometimes you gotta get there early so you don’t have to wait! We definitely did not have that issue there, we had plenty of seating to choose from. They have the “indoor” area which pretty much opens up to the covered outdoor area. They have plenty of seating and they also have some cool swings! We did not get to use the swings but definitely will next time!

We sat in the covered patio area and started off with the Brunch Tower, mimosas and rose. We also tried their yummy frozen drinks which are usually garnished with a flower–Staycation (spicy) and the Slippery Rabbit (sweet). Later we ordered the Sharable Holman Nacho mountain and those went fast! Our friends ordered the wings and I want to say they also ordered the tacos. You do have to order at the bar, both cocktails and food…so if that is not a huge deal to you then you should be good–I’ve only been there that one time so it could have just been that day?

We spent most of the day there and definitely enjoyed our time with friends! Loved the look, layout and the decor. Definitely worth checking out! Next time I want to check out the garden and sit in the swings! We had such a great time and ready to go back.
